Brasserie Lambic is expanding its horizons once again! The famous Belgian brasserie chain has opened a new restaurant in the resort town of Krasnaya Polyana at 6 Gornaya Karusel Street. The menu features the best of Flemish and European cuisine, a collection of beers from around the world, and an extensive wine list.
The new Lambic in Krasnaya Polyana can accommodate more than 90 guests. The restaurant offers an elegant interior in noble beige and burgundy tones. The open kitchen adds an element of dynamism, while the warm, subdued lighting, natural wood, and stained-glass windows with mountain views are the main elements that create the cozy atmosphere that sets this restaurant apart from others.

Join us at Lambic for the chef’s children’s cooking workshops! The chef will personally guide each child and help them prepare their own dish. While the kids are busy with this fun activity, parents can relax at Lambic. Participation is free with a minimum order of 2,500₽.
