Gourmet Dinner on June 26

On June 26 at 7:00 p.m., the first gastronomic dinner will take place at Lambic in the Krasnaya Polyana resort! Mikhail Vinokurov, Lambic’s chef, has prepared a five-course meal that will perfectly complement the beer pairings from the beer guide:

First Course

— Gougères with olives and cheese

Course 2

— Roasted Ramiro peppers stuffed with goat cheese

— Blanche de Namur 0.125

Course 3

— Doughnut with beef tartare and mushroom foam

— Augustiner Lagerbier Hell 0.250

Course 4

— Beef Wellington with port sauce

— Tynt Meadow 0.125

Course 5

— Apple tart à la Tsvetaeva with lavender and ice cream

— Val de Rance Bouche Cru Breton Brut cider 0.150

 

Guests gather at 6:30 p.m.; dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.

Ticket price per person: 6,500₽.

Employees of the Krasnaya Polyana resort are eligible for a discount upon presentation of their employee ID.
